The Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland is an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant center. We make it a priority to welcome and accommodate all guests. Our accessible features include fully accessible restrooms and water fountains, signs containing Braille text and raised characters for our guests with vision impairment, and wheelchairs available upon request. Our wheelchairs are based on a first come, first serve basis. When arriving at the Center, request a wheelchair at one of our guest services desks located at the Lakeside Avenue and St. Clair Entrances. In addition to these features, the Convention Center has ample walkways and ramps, as well as passenger elevators located on each level.
One solution is to be dropped off at the Lakeside entrance. If getting dropped off is not possible, the Huntington Park Garage has handicapped parking spots and a tunnel that connects the garage to our building
Wheelchairs cannot be reserved and are first come, first serve. When you arrive, please go to one of our guest services desks to request a wheelchair. All of our wheelchairs are manual and free to use.
